3. Converted Substrates & Adhesive Systems

Pressure-Sensitive Tapes

Genuine 3M, Nitto, and Tesa jumbo logs converted into custom rolls: acrylic foam (VHB), double-sided PET/tissue, and unsupported transfer adhesives.

Engineered Foams

Micro-cellular urethane (Rogers PORON), silicone foam, cross-linked PE, and EVA logs precision slit for weatherproofing gaskets and battery cell cushions.

High-Temp & Dielectric

Polyimide (Kapton), Mylar (PET), release liners, and high-temp masking tapes converted for wave soldering, SMT reflow, and electrical insulation.

Shielding Foils

Rolled annealed copper foils, aluminum shielding tapes, and conductive fabric rolls converted for grounding, EMI attenuation, and wire wrap.
