Frequently Asked Converting Questions

What technical drawing formats do you require?

We accept 2D vector files such as .DXF, .DWG, and dimensioned .PDF. Please clearly specify critical tolerances, adhesive bonding surfaces, and desired pull-tab locations.

Can you supply parts in automated feeder reels?

Yes. We supply die-cut parts in continuous rotary reels with indexing pilot holes, matched outer roll diameters, and antistatic packaging for seamless pick-and-place automation.

What is your standard production tolerance?

Standard rotary die-cut tolerance is ±0.05 mm, and flatbed is ±0.08 mm depending on material thickness and elasticity. Every batch is verified via 2D optical coordinate measuring.

Do you support international payments in local currencies?

Yes. We support mainly local domestic transfers with zero international SWIFT fees, as well as standard global USD wire transfers.
